- Log in to the Onsight admin console at http://web.onsightapp.com/
- Click on ‘Setup’ from the left-hand side menu
- Click on the ‘Configuration’ menu item
- Click the ‘Tax Types’ tab
- Click the ‘Add New Tax Type’ button at the top right-hand side of the page
- Enter the tax name
- Select either ‘Fixed Value’ or ‘Fixed Percentage’ in the dropdown menu next to ‘Charge Type’
- Enter a tax rate
- Make the ‘Status’ Active or Inactive, or delete it
- Press ‘Save’
