The Onsight team is primarily based in Cape Town, one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Our Origin Story
Onsight was launched in 2013, but our story began inside a software development agency where, since the early 2000s, we built custom ecommerce and business management systems for a wide range of businesses all over the world.
Again and again, we saw the same problem: wholesale distributors were still relying on paper order forms, spreadsheets, and manual admin to manage their sales. Orders were slow to process, errors were common, and sales teams lacked the tools they needed in the field.
At the same time, the iPad had opened up a new way to think about sales ordering. We saw an opportunity to give reps a digital catalogue, faster order capture, and a simpler buying experience for their customers.
That idea became Onsight: an easy-to-use B2B sales ordering platform built for wholesalers, distributors, and field sales teams.
Today, Onsight is used by hundreds of clients in the USA, Australia, the UK, Canada, and many other countries worldwide.

Chief Executive Officer
Sabine
Onsight's chief executive officer is passionate about helping companies to embrace and thrive on new technology. She is a hands-on operator who wholeheartedly believes in the voice of the customer as a foundation on which to build a world class organisation; so her clients hear from her a lot!
Over the past 20 years, Sabine has worn many different management and leadership hats in sales, distribution, product development and market insights. Originally from Germany, Sabine has been with Onsight since 2013. She holds an MBA and is a proud mother of two girls.
Director
Raj
Raj graduated from the University of Port Elizabeth with a BSc in Computer Science. Since then he has collected decades of software development and systems architecture experience. Raj has consulted to various companies all across the globe on scalable software architecture design, and has acquired world-leading technical knowledge and skills by spending time in China, Korea and other rising international technology hubs.
Director
Mustapha
Mustapha serves as the technical product owner and technical lead for the backend platform that powers our B2B sales solution, and also for the integration platform that connects Onsight to external systems such as SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Zoho and others.
Engineering Manager
Adrian
Adrian leads the teams that build our mobile apps for the various mobile platforms. He strives constantly to increase product performance while sustaining simplicity and a beautiful, not just functional, user experience.
Adrian holds an MBA and accumulated considerable experience in product development and Internet business strategy while working at one of the world's largest Internet conglomerates.
