How do I view all orders and quotes for a customer?

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
  • Click on ‘Orders’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • The latest orders and quotes will be displayed.
  • In the ‘Customer’ field type the name of the customer that you wish to see all orders and quotes for.
  • You can also choose a start date, end date or customer.
  • Click ‘Search’.
  • The matching orders and quotes will be displayed.
  • to view a specific order or quote, click on the document number for that sales order or quote.
