How do I search for products and filter products in the app?

Finding products in the Onsight app is easy; simply type the product name or any related information.

  • Tap on ‘Products’ in the top left of the screen.
  • You will find the product search field at the top of the screen above your product categories or individual products.
  • You can search for products using the following information:
    • Product name
    • Description
    • Product code
    • SKU
    • Barcode
  • As you type, our search engine will begin displaying products that match your search criteria.
  • To clear your search terms, tap on the ‘x’ button.

You can filter the list of products shown by choosing specific product types:

  • Tap on ‘Products’ in the top left of the screen.
  • Tap on the funnel in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Tap on ‘Product type’.
  • You can filter by Packs, Products, Master products, and/or Variants.
  • Tap one either one or multiple product types that you want to see.
  • You can remove a product type from the filter list by tapping it again.
  • Tap ‘Done’ to view the products that were found.
  • Tap ‘Reset’ to go back to your full product catalogue.

You can filter the list of products shown by choosing specific product categories:

  • Tap on the funnel in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Tap on ‘Category’.
  • Tap on a specific category. All your sub-categories will display.
  • Tap to the lowest level of your product categories which will then display products.
  • Tap ‘Done’ to view your products in your chosen category.
  • Tap ‘Reset’ to go back to your full product catalogue.

You can combine different filtering options at the same time:

  • Tap on ‘Products’ in the top left of the screen.
  • Tap on the funnel in the top right corner of the screen.
  • You can combine the following options:
    • View
    • Product type
    • Product sort
    • Category
  • Tap on your first filter option and choose your preference.
  • Then tap on another filter and choose another preference.
  • Both filter preferences will display.
  • Tap ‘Done’ to view the products that were found.
  • Tap ‘Reset’ to go back to your full product catalogue.
