How can I remove the sample catalogue?

When you sign up for a trial Onsight account, we load a sample catalogue of ten products. To delete this sample catalogue, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://web.onsightapp.com.
  • Click on ‘Catalogue’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Manage Products’ menu item.
  • The ten products that are part of the sample catalogue will appear.
  • Tick the checkbox to the left of the ten products.
  • Click on the ‘Delete’ button that appears at the top of the product list.
  • Click on ‘Yes’ to confirm the deletion.

Now you can upload your own products.
