A multi-customer user is a self-ordering customer user (customer login) who can place orders for multiple customers. For example, your customer might own a franchise with different locations and might want to place orders for all of them. After you have set up their multi-customer login, this is how they will place their orders in the app:
- Log into the Onsight app.
- The first screen that displays will show a list of customers or locations.
- Tap on the customer that they want to create an order for.
- The app will open for the selected customer. They can browse the product catalogue and create an order.
- To change to a new customer or location, they can tap on the 3 dots at the bottom left and tap ‘Change Customer’.
