How do I change the custom status for an order or quote in the app?

If you have permission to update the custom status for an order and quote, you can follow these easy steps to change the custom status.

  • Log into the app.
  • Tap on the ‘orders’ module.
  • Tap on the order or quote that you want to update.
  • Scroll up until you see the ‘Custom Status’ section.
  • Tap on the new custom status to update the order or quote.

Note: You can change the status without having to modify the entire order or quote.
