You can sort your products alphabetically or numerically by:

• Product name
• Price
• Product code
• SKU
• Barcode
• Date created
• Date modified
• Custom*

To change the sort order:

• Log in to the app.
• Tap on ‘Products’ in the top left of the screen.
• Tap on the funnel in the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap on ‘Product sort’.
• Tap on your chosen sort option.
• Tap on your option again to change the sorting direction (arrow going up or down).
• Tap ‘Done’ to view your sorted products.
• Tap ‘Reset’ to search again with no sort options in place.

Important:

• By default, products are displayed in alphabetical order. If you tap on the ‘Reset’ button when sorting your products, the sort order will revert to the default setting. Therefore it’s best not to tap on the ‘Reset’ button if you always want to view your products in a specific order.
• If you uninstall your app or reset your data, by default, products will be displayed in alphabetical order again and you need to follow the above process again.
