You can have multiple web console screens open at the same time as long as you do so using the same computer and same browser. Having multiple web console screens open allows you to do multiple actions at the same time. For example, you might want to view an order at the same time that you view some product information.

To open multiple screens, do this:

• Go to https://web.onsightapp.com/
• Log in.
• Now you have one browser tab with the Onsight web console in it.
• Open a new browser tab
• Go to https://web.onsightapp.com/
• You will be logged in automatically.
• Now you have a second browser tab with the Onsight web console in it.
• You can open as many screens as you need.
