All your users must be added to Xero directly in order for them to sync to Onsight. Follow the steps below to add users in Xero:
- Log into your Xero account
- Select Settings
- Select General Settings
- Select Users to display the ‘Users Screen’
- Select ‘Invite a user’
- Add a Name, Surname & E-mail address for your user
- Choose the user’s level of access to the organization’s accounts/permissions
- Select continue
- The user will be sent an invitation from Xero with instructions to complete their registration
- The user should automatically sync to Onsight
Please note that you will need to purchase a user account for each user in Onsight.
