If you have permission to update the custom status for an order and quote, you can follow these easy steps to change the custom status.
- Log into the app.
- Tap on the ‘orders’ module.
- Tap on the order or quote that you want to update.
- Scroll up until you see the ‘Custom Status’ section.
- Tap on the new custom status to update the order or quote.
Note: You can change the status without having to modify the entire order or quote.
