How do I check in and check out at a customer location?

  • Log in to the Onsight app on your device.
  • Find the customer you want to check in to.
  • Tap ‘Select customer’.
  • Tap on the location symbol at the bottom.
  • Tap on ‘CHECK IN’. You will now be checked in at the customer.
  • When you are ready to check out again, tap on the location symbol again and tap on ‘CHECK OUT. You will now be checked out of the customer.
