You might have a customer that repeats the same or similar orders from time to time. Or, you might have an order with products that you would like to order again for another customer.

The Copy Feature will save you a lot of time as you do not have to search for the products again and place them in the cart. You can simply copy an existing order or quote.

• Log in to the Onsight admin console at https://web.onsightapp.com.
• Click on ‘Orders’ from the left-hand side menu
• Click on the Order/Quote Number that you would like to copy
• Click on the ‘Copy’ button at the top of the screen
• You can add and remove products or change the quantities of existing products
• Click the ‘Save and Send’ button at the bottom of the screen

Important:

• Product prices and product availability will be updated
• Discounts will not automatically be re-applied
