How do I find orders created by old deleted users?

Users that are deleted have all their details removed from Onsight. However, orders that they have created are still visible. They will be tagged as created by a ‘DELETED USER’. To get a list of orders created by these old deleted users:

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://web.onsightapp.com.
  • Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Sales’ tab at the top and select ‘Sales Activity’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”.
  • Make sure that the sales rep dropdown says “All reps”. You cannot choose a rep because the rep has been deleted.
  • Make sure that the customer dropdown says “All customers”.
  • You will be presented with a graph showing the number of orders and quotes generated for that time period.
  • If you are viewing monthly data, you can drill down further to see daily data by clicking on one of the months.
  • Click on the documents icon in the top right hand corner to see a detailed listing of all the orders and quotes.
  • You will be presented with a table that lists all of the orders and quotes.
  • Click on the ‘Export to Excel’ link at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
  • Click on the ‘Export to CSV’ link at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
  • Filter the rows and look for the ones that have DELETED USER in the Created By/Assigned To column.
