Users that are deleted have all their details removed from Onsight. However, orders that they have created are still visible. They will be tagged as created by a ‘DELETED USER’. To get a list of orders created by these old deleted users:
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://web.onsightapp.com.
- Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the ‘Sales’ tab at the top and select ‘Sales Activity’ from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”.
- Make sure that the sales rep dropdown says “All reps”. You cannot choose a rep because the rep has been deleted.
- Make sure that the customer dropdown says “All customers”.
- You will be presented with a graph showing the number of orders and quotes generated for that time period.
- If you are viewing monthly data, you can drill down further to see daily data by clicking on one of the months.
- Click on the documents icon in the top right hand corner to see a detailed listing of all the orders and quotes.
- You will be presented with a table that lists all of the orders and quotes.
- Click on the ‘Export to Excel’ link at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
- Click on the ‘Export to CSV’ link at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
- Filter the rows and look for the ones that have DELETED USER in the Created By/Assigned To column.
