How do I search for customers in the app?

  • Log into the Onsight B2B Sales app.
  • Tap on ‘Customers’ on the top of the screen. Your customer list will display.
  • You can search for a customer using any of the following fields:
    • Customer name
    • Contact Name
    • Contact Email
    • Contact Phone Number
    • Billing Address Line 1
    • Billing Address Line 2
    • Billing City
    • Billing State
    • Billing Country
    • Billing Postal Code
    • Shipping Address Line 1 (default)
    • Shipping Address Line 2 (default)
    • Shipping City (default)
    • Shipping State (default)
    • Shipping Country (default)
    • Shipping Postal Code (default)
  • To clear your search terms, tap on the ‘x’ button.
