How do I view a customer’s product order history in the web console?

In the Onsight web console you can view the product order history for all of your customers and conveniently create a new order based on past purchases that the customer has made. The product order history will show all the products ordered for a specific customer, regardless of who created the order. This feature makes it easy for you to see what a customer usually orders and helps you quickly find and add their regular products to the cart, saving you time on searching.

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/
  • Click on ‘Quick Order’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • You will see all your products listed.
  • To view past orders for a customer, change the dropdown menu in the top right from ‘All products’ to ‘Ordered in the last 3 mopnths’ or whatever other time period you want to search through.
  • If you haven’t selected a customer yet, you will now be prompted to choose the customer whose past orders you want to view.
  • The product order history will automatically display alphabetically by product name.
  • To change how the list is sorted, click on the column heading that you want to sort by. You can sort by any of the columns: Category, Item code, SKU, Price and Previously ordered date.
  • From here you can tap on the + sign to quickly add items to your cart.
