How do I view the custom status for an order or quote in the app?

With custom statuses for orders and quotes, Onsight makes it easy for admins, sales reps, warehouse staff, and customers to see, at a glance, where each order stands in the order fulfillment process. Whether an order is ‘Packed’, ‘Shipped’, or ‘Delivered’, it is an easy way to ensure everyone stays updated and connected.

To view the custom status for an order or quote:

  • Log into the app.
  • Tap on the ‘Orders’ module.
  • You will see the ‘Custom Status’ in the document list view under the ‘Delivery Date’.
  • When you open an order or quote, you will also see the Custom Status by scrolling up.
