Certain product fields are solely controlled by Alegra. These fields include the product name, description, reference number, selling price, sales tax, cost price and quantity available . When information in Alegra syncs to the Onsight app, existing product information is automatically overwritten in the Onsight app.

If you wish to modify these fields you will need to do so in Alegra. These changes will then automatically sync to the Onsight app.
