Certain product fields are solely controlled by MYOB. These fields include the product name, description, item number, base selling price, tax code, standard cost, product image and custom fields. When information in MYOB syncs to the Onsight app, existing product information is automatically overwritten in the Onsight app.

If you wish to modify these fields you will need to do so in MYOB. These changes will then automatically sync to the Onsight app.
