Certain product fields are solely controlled by Sage 50. These fields include the product name, description, product code, barcode, price, cost price, sales tax and quantity in stock. When information in Sage 50 syncs to the Onsight app, existing product information is automatically overwritten in the Onsight app.

If you wish to modify these fields you will need to do so in Sage 50. These changes will then automatically sync to the Onsight app.
