Certain product fields are solely controlled by Xero. These fields include the product name, description, item number, sales unit price, sales tax code, purchases unit price and quantity on hand. When information in Xero syncs to the Onsight app, existing product information is automatically overwritten in the Onsight app.

If you wish to modify these fields you will need to do so in Xero. These changes will then automatically sync to the Onsight app.
