Certain product fields are solely controlled by Zoho. These fields include the product name, description, SKU, sales selling price, sales tax, cost price and quantity available . When information in Zoho syncs to the Onsight app, existing product information is automatically overwritten in the Onsight app.

If you wish to modify these fields you will need to do so in Zoho. These changes will then automatically sync to the Onsight app.
