How do I view reports on customers logging in?

You can view reports on customers that have logged into Onsight and looked at products.

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
  • Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on ‘Customers’ and then ‘Product views’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”.
  • You will be presented with a table that lists all your customers that have logged into Onsight and the number of products that they have viewed.
  • Click on the ‘Download XLS’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
  • Click on the ‘Download CSV’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
  • For each row, next to the customer name, you can click on the product search icon to see a table showing all products that the customer has looked at and how many times those products were viewed.
  • This data can also be downloaded to Excel or CSV.
