How to cancel your subscription

If you have made a once-off payment for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, there is nothing further that you need to do. Your subscription will automatically lapse on your renewal date.

If you have set up a monthly recurring payment using your PayPal account, you can log into PayPal to cancel the recurring payment. No further deductions will be made from your credit card. Alternatively you can send us an email to [email protected] and we will cancel the recurring payment ourselves.

If you have set up a monthly recurring payment using your credit card (without creating a PayPal account), you can send us an email to [email protected]. We will cancel your recurring payment and no further deductions will be made from your credit card.
